On March 2021, within the project: “Brighten the corner where you are” the senior teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages, Makhmetova D.M., Nessipbayeva Z.S., Lugovskaiya E.I. held the event on the topic: “Nauryz is a day of joy and happiness”. The event was dedicated to the holiday: Nauryz. The 1^st year students of Physico-Technical Faculty and Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology took part in the event.

   The students prepared interesting and colorful presentations. They told about the history of the holiday and Nauryz-celebrating traditions in Kazakhstan and other countries. The event was ended with the quiz made up by the students of groups: Chemistry 101 and CTOS 101 of the faculty of chemistry and chemical technology on Kahoot platform. The quiz was called “What I know about Nauryz”.
