"Abai's Heritage"  

This year marks the 175th anniversary of the great poet, philosopher and enlightener Abai Kunanbayev, and within the framework of the project "Brighten the corner where you are" senior teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages Aliyarova L.M., Makhazhanova L.M., Khalenova A.R. with the 1st year students of the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology, on November 27, 2020, an event was held on the topic "Abai's Heritage ".

Philosophy and edifying words are the national treasure of the Kazakh people, in which the great thinker called the nation for modernization, renewal, spoke of the need to adapt to the requirements of the times. The poet's words have not lost their relevance to this day, being spiritual food for all of us.

The main goal of the event is to acquaint students with the life and all facets of creativity of the Kazakh poet, philosopher, composer, educator, thinker, public figure, founder of Kazakh written literature and its first classic Abai Kunanbayev. Abai's rich heritage should serve to form a new quality of the Kazakh nation, strengthening the basic ideas of the poet in the minds of young people.
