The meeting of the “English Club of Song Lovers” was held on December 23, 2021 from 15.30 to 16.30. The meeting was held online on the ZOOM platform with the participation of the members of the English Club of Song lovers. The event was organized by Mussanova G.A., the senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​. This event was devoted to the discussion of the creative work of the legendary group "The Beatles". The first year students of the Faculty of Law, majoring in "Jurisprudence" took part in the event.

At first, senior lecturer G.A. Musanova made a welcoming speech for the participants of the event. The event was held in English. First of all, the teacher made a presentation on the topic of the event. Then the students provided interesting information from the biographies of singers of the group “The Beatles”. Also, they presented the information about their songs and the history of their writing. Students Akabay Karlygash and Daribayev Dias sang the song "A Hard Day's Night" in English, discussed the content and conducted grammatical and lexical analysis of the song.

Studnets Karibai Aslan and Kolesnikov Ilya discussed the content of the song "Yesterday" and conducted a lexical analysis of the song. Student Kushaliev Alimkhan gave 10 interesting facts about the legendary group. Student of the first course Nugmetulla Miras shared interesting information about another popular song of the group "Love me do". At the end of event, teacher G.A. Musanova asked students questions, listened to their answers and prepared a revision test to check students' memory.

The event was held at a very good level. All the students were also very well prepared for the event. At the end, G.A. Musanova thanked the students for their active participation.
