“ Mukagali Makatayev’s 90th anniversary ”

On April 09, 2021, an open educational hour dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Mukagali Makatayev was organized by the senior teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages N. A. Suttibayev on the Zoom platform. The main goal of the open educational hour was to educate young people in the spirit of patriotism and develop their patriotic feelings and love for the Motherland and introduce to the heritage of Mukagali Makatayev. A distinctive feature of this educational event was that the reports and presentations of the 1st year students were in three languages-Kazakh, Russian, and English.

The event was opened with a video about the life, social and political activities of Mukagali Makatayev. Students got acquainted with interesting pages of Mukagali Makatayev's life and some unknown facts.

In their speeches and presentations, the participants of the open educational hour devoted the entire life of Mukagali Makatayev to the Kazakh song business. It is noteworthy that this year the 90th anniversary of Mukagali Makatayev coincided with the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Mukagali Makatayev lived a hard life, full of hopes and disappointments, victories and defeats.

During the event, we watched videos about Mukagali Makatayev, listened to songs and kui. We also listened to interesting stories from the life of Mukagali Makatayev. We have witnessed interesting facts about Mukagali Makatayev.

At the open lesson, Akylbek Asem Mukagali gave a brief overview of Makatayev's life, and Eliubayev told about the work of Kanat Mukagali Makatayev. Tazhokova Balausa Mukagali Makatayev sang poetry, and Slambek Aruzhan presented poetry to Mukagali. In addition, during the open educational hour, many puzzles were solved, at the end of the lesson, test papers and crosswords about the life of Mukagali Makatayev were solved

Despite the remote format of this event, friendly relations developed between the participants of the open educational hour, contacts were established, and wishes for permanent cooperation were voiced.
