Zhambyl Zhabayev’s 175th anniversary

   On March 20, 2021, on the occasion Zhambyl Zhabayev’s 175th anniversary, a famous figure of Kazakh folk poetry, a large online event was held in Kazakh and English on the topic "Zhambyl Zhabayev-Homer of the XX century”, organized by senior teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Philology and World Languages: Duysenbayeva Sh. S.and Akylova G. S.

Тhe online event was attended by 1st year students of the Faculty of Information Technology. The purpose of the event: discussion of the works of Zhambyl Zhabayev. Students took an active part in the online event dedicated to the Zhambyl Zhabayev’s 175th anniversary, were able to understand the wise words that Zhambyl Zhabayev left to the current generation, as well as express the educational meaning of his biography and works by reading his poems. The event achieved its goal with the interested and active participation of students, awareness of the educational significance Zhambyl Zhabayev thoughts in the works that he left to the modern generation.
