Department of Far Eastern Studies in collaboration with Hanguk University of Foreign Studies (Seoul, Republic of Korea) is conducting international scientific conference​​ "Korean Studies in Central Asia and the digital humanities in Korea".

The conference will highlight topical issues of development of Korean Studies in Central Asia. Leading researchers from Korea, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan will discuss prospects and give their assessments of Kazakhstan-Korean cooperation.

Domestic, foreign scholars and PhD students are invited to participate in the conference, particularly those who are engaged in research on the topic of the conference.
