The history of relations between Iran and Turan has the deep roots. Historical and political relations, originating in the Middle Ages, in the context of Islamic culture and civilization, have gradually expanded. Consequently, there were common spiritual values ​​and sphere of literary and cultural interaction. In recent years, political and economic ties between the countries strengthened and the historical and cultural contacts revived. In this regard, there is a need to rethink the achievements and identify opportunities, trends and specific forms of integration projects aimed at the future.

The purpose of the event: the creation of a dialogue platform for in-depth discussion of a wide range of the history problems, current state and prospects of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Iran in the socio-political and humanitarian spheres in order to revive the lost once various connections between the two countries, as well as the development of multifaceted relations based on a solid historical foundation, the common cultural and spiritual values.

International scientific-theoretical conference can make a significant contribution to strengthening the scientific dialogue between scholars from Kazakhstan and Iran and will help to determine common research approaches in the preserving of historical, cultural and spiritual heritage, as well as the further development and cooperation between them at this stage.

The conference was attended by domestic and foreign scientists.
