Scientific and methodical council is a form of joint management TREASURY of al-Farabi who is carrying out consulting and consultative and recommendatory functions, and the intellectual center solving scientific and methodical and educational questions of activity of university, the organization of scientific and methodical development for quality problems. Scientific and methodical Council operates with a view of definition of the directions and mechanisms of quality management of the higher and postgraduate education, the recommendation to introduction in educational process of new technologies of the organization and management by educational process, statements of regulatory base of functioning of university.
