1. Conduct research in the field of social work aimed at assessing the needs of the population and assessing the effectiveness of social programs;
2. Demonstrate knowledge of social policy through a global lens with an emphasis on social justice and influence.

4. Understand and critically assess key changes in social policy through a global lens, seeking to find sustainable solutions, while taking into account the competing factors of social policy and the economy.

Analyze problems and design measures to involve non-state actors in the provision of social services to the population; compare and find differences in the management of social services, the processes of their activities using the knowledge of the psychology of management and the specifics of management in social work;

11. Develop methodological support for academic disciplines in the field of social work and conduct theoretical and practical classes using multimedia and innovative technologies;
