ON1 to create and develop digital electronic devices based on analysis of main concepts, provisions, theories, scientific methods, organize experimental and theoretical studies, reproduce and explain the obtained results in solving basic scientific and engineering problems in the field of radio engineering, electronics, telecommunications;
ON2 to create and design telecommunication networks for solving modern scientific and technical problems of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications, to argue the advantages of choosing a certain method of solving the tasks set;
ON3 plan and test architectures and networks of intelligent smart systems, as well as evaluate the results of experimental and theoretical studies of the electrical and optical properties of nanostructured semiconductors, synchronization processes in electronic systems, neural networks on integrated circuits, broadband radio engineering generators, models of telecommunication systems routers, information-entropy methods for determining the signal-to-noise ratio, etc .;
ON4 to analyze and plan stationary and mobile robosystems, object recognition systems, unmanned aerial vehicles using methods and technology of artificial intelligence, self-learning intellectual system and neural network;
ON5 select and apply digital signal processing techniques, including modulation, detection, optical amplification and reconstruction of optical signals, protection and encoding of information; linear signal coding methods; methods for calculating the main parameters of fiber-optic transmission; take into account promising areas of development of optical transmission and switching systems;
ON6 to process signals with noise, to compare various information transmission systems via fiber-optic lines, component optical base by digital signal processing method;
ON7 design and develop digital radio electronic and nano electronic devices, as well as put them into practice, generalize and interpret the results obtained;
ON8 to model and program processes occurring in radio engineering and information systems, wired and wireless networks;
ON9 to conduct applied research in the field of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications using modern digital methods of scientific instruments;
ON10 to summarize the results of the study of the processes taking place in electronic devices and devices, radio, telecommunications equipment;
ON11 to develop modern intelligent systems, compare and justify the choice of applying various methods of digital processing of telecommunications signals of different types;
