The core academic teaching staff was formed. Its leading department was headed by doctors of sciences, professor A.B. Bekturov; S.K. Kenesbai; S.N. Pokrovski; K.P. Persidskiy and others. The lectures were given by the most prominent scientists of the Soviet Union, as well as such big heads of national science as academicians M.O. Auezov and K.I. Satpayev.
