During the visit to the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the First President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Chief Researcher of the Institute for Mathematical Research of Complex Systems at Lomonosov Moscow State University Askar Akayev got acquainted with the work of the Center for Process Innovation.

The cluster of Engineering and High Technologies and Earth Remote Sensing Center are successfully operating in the Center.

Askar Akaevich was provided with information about the Al-Farabi-1 and Al-Farabi-2 nanosatellites which were developed at the university. Also, an innovative designer "ALFASAT" for the development of space robotics and STEM education systems in educational institutions was demonstrated to the guest of honor.

Askar Akayev also got acquainted with the work of the Earth Remote Sensing Center. The Center prepares geo-products for various industries on the basis of Geo-information systems and satellite images. After getting acquainted with the work of the center, Askar Akayevich wished success in the work of scientists.
