An educational and creative laboratory of the national TV channel Qazaqstan named after Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary Journalist Nurtileu Imangaliuly has opened at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The ceremony was attended by: Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balaeva, Chairman of the Board-Rector of KazNU named after Al-Farabi Zhanseit Tuymebaev, famous journalists, public and state leaders, teachers and students of the Faculty of Journalism.

First of all, the participants visited the book and photo exhibition "Nurtileu Imangaliuly - National Television Worker" dedicated to the life and work of the famous journalist. The exposition features media materials about him, interviews published in different years, collections of articles and memoirs, photographs that reflect the brightest moments of his life.

At the opening ceremony, the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balaeva made a welcoming speech, emphasizing in her speech the merits and talent of the famous journalist.

“Nurtileu Imangaliuly was a man of labor who devoted 35 years of his life to television. He went from an ordinary journalist to the chairman of the board of the Kazakhstan TV and Radio Corporation. He managed to win the love of TV viewers thanks to his talent and hard work, ”A. Balaeva noted, adding that Nurtileu Imangaliuly created his own school of TV presenters for Kazakh television, many generations of students adopted his rich experience and used it in their practice.

The Chairman of the Board - Rector of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuymebayev noted in his speech that Nurtileu Imangaliuly conveyed important truths to the people from the screen, introduced the audience to the advanced intelligentsia, and earned universal recognition for his work.

“The Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is a kind of school, a forge of national journalism. Many famous and prominent personalities graduated from the Faculty of Journalism. Nurtileu Imangaliuly was one of the university graduates and a representative of this school, ”he said, expressing confidence that the laboratory room will become a real breeding ground for students who will be engaged in television journalism.

The following speakers also spoke at the meeting: the director of the Almaty TV channel Nurzhan Zhalaukyzy, the director of the Almaty studio of the Kazakhstan TV channel Saule Zhirenshina, the wife of Nurtileu Imangaliuly Karlygash Tabuldinova, as well as colleagues, contemporary friends and students of the writer, who noted the merits and high professional qualities of the famous journalist.

It is no coincidence that the educational and creative laboratory was named after journalist Nurtileu Imangaliuly. He made a start in the profession that brought him well-deserved fame precisely at the leading university of the country, graduating from the journalism faculty of the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov (now KazNU). He has come a long way from a correspondent to the head of the sector of the Department of Social and Cultural Development of the Chancellery of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the chief specialist of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He headed the republican television and radio corporation "Kazakhstan". He devoted half a century of his life to television, creating his own programs "Ardastar", "Zhastar Dauysy", "Arai", "Zhadyuda ma, Zholdas", "Altybakan," Aina "," Zhas zhiger "," Betpe-bet "," Koltakba " , "Diengek", "Karshiler", "Zak suylesin", "Nur-Tiley".

Honorary journalist of Kazakhstan, a member of the Writers' Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurtileu Imangaliuly was awarded: twice - a certificate of honor of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a medal "For Labor Valor" (2009), the Order "Parasat" (2018).
