COOPERATION WITH THE HUNGARIAN NATIONAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, within the framework of the Kazakh-Hungarian Business Forum, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Institute for Research of the Hungarian Nation.

During the meeting, the parties noted the historical continuity and ethnic kinship of the Kazakh and Hungarian people, stressed the importance of interaction between the two countries in the field of education and science. Within the framework of cooperation, the document provides for active interaction in the study of social, humanitarian, natural and technical sciences. In addition, educational institutions have agreed to cooperate on joint research work, double-degree education, exchange of teachers and students, and organization of refresher courses.

The bilateral agreement was signed by the vice-rector for social development of KazNU named after Al-Farabi Aliya Masalimova and Director of the Hungarian National Research Institute Horvat-Lugosi Gabor.

By the way, today KazNU cooperates with 7 universities: Hungarian University of Applied Sciences named after Janos Kodolani, University of Obud, University of Szeged, West Hungarian University, University College named after Esterhazy Karoy, Catholic University of Peter Pazman and University of Sopron. Within the framework of the partnership, educational programs are being implemented, and research work is being carried out.
