The Center for Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) conducted a continuing education course «Massive Open Online Courses: Development, Promotion and Application» for teachers and specialists of Kazakhstani universities.

The main goal is to teach lecturers to develop and implement copyright online courses. In the process of training, participants developed a pedagogical scenario, learned to work in front of a video camera in a specialized studio of the MOOC Center, mount video lectures and create a course structure on the platform.

The distance part of the course «Development of MOOCs» is held for students online. November 11 is the last day of distance learning. According to the results, a certificate will be issued to participants (72 hours).

The training course was attended by teachers and specialists from various universities of Kazakhstan. In the next academic year, MOOC also plans to conduct several continuing education courses.
