On december 17-18, a republican debate tournament dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in Uralsk. 32 factions from 64 debaters from the cities of Nur-Sultan, Kostanay, Almaty, Aktobe, Atyrau, Uralsk, Aktau took part in the tournament. According to the results of the tournament, the "Zheltoksan" faction consisting of Latifov Sanzhar and BitimbaiIslambek took the 1st place. Sanzhar Latifov is currently a 3rd-year student of the specialty logistics at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, HSEB.
