High sensitivity nanosensors

 The dissertation is devoted to the study of electrical and optical characteristics of gas sensors with increased sensitivity to toxic gases and vapors of liquids based on nanostructured porous silicon obtained by electrochemical etching, and changes in their electrical characteristics under the action of light photons. The defense was attended by teachers, Doctors of Sciences, professors of the Department of Solid State Physics and Nonlinear Physics, Faculty of Physics and Technology. Several suggestions, comments and warnings were made to the applicant. In the end, all the participants voted to send Khaniyev Bakyt to the defense.
