The most important direction of the research activity of the University is the participation of students in it. This contributes to the improvement of the quality of specialist training, identification of talented young people and the creation of scientific schools, improving the selection of students for master's and doctoral studies.

       It seems expedient to awaken interest to science already at first-year students in the course of studying various courses and especially in the direction of writing independent works.  It is well known that sometimes the formation of a scientist begins with a simple seminar report, term paper or thesis. 

       The sprouts of such a phenomenon were manifested in the first-year bachelors of the specialty "Political Science" of the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science.   Alibek Mukhtar in November 2023 took part in the V International Competition of Young Scientists "Lomonosov", held by the International Center for Scientific Cooperation "Science and Enlightenment" of Russia. His scientific work "Political doctrines in France in the XVIII century" was awarded the diploma of the first degree in the section "Political Science" and published in the collection of articles of this competition. Arina Sorokina in January 2024 took part in the X international scientific-practical conference "Student Scientific Forum 2024" with a scientific work "Political leader in the works of thinkers", organized by the mentioned Center. The work was published in the collection of articles of the conference, and its author was awarded a diploma of the first degree in the section "Political Science". 

       The students expressed their wish to continue their research work.
