April 7, 2023 in room 314 of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of KazNU. Al-Farabi passed the section of the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies "THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES OF MODERN POLITICAL SCIENCE: TRENDS AND PERSPECTIVES" within the framework of the International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "FARABI ALEMI".

The meeting of the commission on the section "Theoretical and practical issues of modern political science: trends and prospects" was attended by speakers of the conference, students, section chairman: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor G.O. , members of the commission: Ph.D., Associate Professor Kim L.M., Ph.D., Acting Associate Professor Abzhapparova A.A., PhD, Senior Lecturer Shakeyeva B.K.Professor, Head of the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies G.O. Nasimova delivered a welcoming speech at the meeting.

She wished all the participants good luck and many informative reports. Then the reports of students, undergraduates, doctoral students were heard. All conference speakers demonstrated a high scientific level of research. All topics aroused particular interest and discussion.

In total, 29 reports were announced, of which 1 report was from the Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU. al-Farabi, 1 report from Atyrau University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov. 23 reports were heard.

Based on the results of the work of the section "Theoretical and practical issues of modern political science: trends and prospects" of the International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "FARABI ALEMI", the following participants were nominated:
