Proper diet - the key to health and success

"We are what we eat" - said the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates. Indeed, the correct balanced diet is very important for the physical and mental well-being, especially at a young age.

In December, 2016 in the  №9 Students house was held a meeting of students and professors of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science with experts from the Kazakh Academy of Nutrition and medical students. The event was held within the project "The cult of healthy body."

 "In order to be slim is not necessarily to reject a meal, the main is proper nutrition, diet culture and rejection of harmful food" - noted speakers.

This was not only an interesting informative lecture, but guests also analyzed the eating behavior and preferences of students, gave useful advices and recomendations. For example, the recommendation about what is important to add into students' diet with intellectual work load, how to calculate your own weight, etc.
