On September 4, students of the 1st year of specialty "5B060700-Biology" took a tour of the Library of al-Farabi. During the tour, the library staff introduced students to the infrastructure and services of the KazNU Library. As well as the library staff were given full information about the rules of use of the library. Students were presented reading rooms and conference rooms, computer classes.

To date, the al-Farabi Library is a structural unit providing information and library services for educational, research processes. The largest University library in the country, which has about 3 million books.
