The purpose of the conference to discuss the problems of transition to green economy by scientists, and to develop scientifically based recommendations to ensure, as well as effective use of financial resources within the framework of green economy, using modern methods and new financial instruments.

Leading scientists and experts of the CIS and foreign countries were invited to participate to the conference.

The program of scientific conference consisted following sections:

- Section 1. The role of innovative financial instruments in green economy development.

- Section 2. Accounting, auditing issues and analysis of self-replicating resources.

- Section 3. Socio-economic issues of sustainable development in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- Section 4. Effective management of green economy development in Kazakhstan.

Participants of the international scientific-practical conference, sharing the fundamental values and principles of action, expressed in the Earth Charter and the Outcome of the International Conference on Sustainable Development Rio + 20, hold by United Nations, supporting the initiative of the President Nazarbayev N., which outlined in the Conceptof Kazakhstan'stransitionto a green economy, decided to consolidate joint efforts to develop financial security instruments of green economy as a new paradigm of sustainable development.
