5) Participation in scientific research and international projects;

6) Knowledge of a foreign language (for applicants for occupying vacant positions in the linguistic and international departments).

7) Publications in publications recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science Republic of Kazakhstan, in international scientific journals included in the information bases of Thomson Reuters and Scopus.
