On April 17, 2019, teachers of the Department of General Linguistics and European Languages ​​of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages ​​together with the «Zhas Linguist» Club and undergraduates of 1-2 courses of the specialty Linguistics hold the X anniversary Republican Intellectual Olympiad «Үzdіk Linguist – 2019» in honor of the 85th anniversary of our university.

At the Olympiad will participate teams from universities: Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, KazNPU named after Abay, Kazakh National women's teacher training University, SDU and TSU named after M.H. Dulati.
