Silk Road Cartography: from Analog to Electronic

December 10 on the basis of the KazNU named Al-Farabi will host the international conference “Cartography of the Great Silk Road: from analog to electronic” with the participation of the Chairperson of Silk-road Universities Network(SUN) S. D. Hwang.

Hosts: Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi and the International Association for the Study of the Silk Road.

There will be heard reports in two directions according to the subject of the international conference: Science and technology; The History and Development of the silk road.

The program includes a panel discussion, where scientists from the following countries of South Korea, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan will speak.

The sponsor was the Silk Road University Network (SUN).
