On March 6, 2018 at 11 o'clock at the Faculty of Journalism in the TV studio named after M. Barmankulov (№3-3) will be held a scientific and practical conference within the framework of the Barmankulov Readings "Visual communication and symbiosis of digital media".

In the Framework of this conference, a competition was organized for students of the Faculty of Journalism.

The purpose of the conference is to train specialists in the field of media education, methods of research of mass media, study of the media products` market.

Media researchers, representatives of Kazakhstani electronic media, Bachelor and Master Degree students, PhD students of the Journalism faculty will take part at this conference.

The authors of the best students scientific and creative works will be awarded with special diplomas and gifts from the beneficiaries.

Information: Marat Karibaevich Barmankulov (1937-2000) – was a Dean of the Faculty of Journalism for more than 35 years in Al-Farabi KazNU. His first books were the "Report on Radio and Television" (1970) and "We are all in the World" (1972), "Journalism for All" - books for students and journalists. The Scholar and TV blogger, author of several books on journalism.
