III-rd Republican Winter Psychological School - 2018 "Psychological workshops: health care, education, production"

On January 25-27, 2018, the Faculty of Journalism of Аl-Farabi KazNU , with the support of the UNESCO Cluster Office of Almaty, organizes the 5th International Winter School of Journalism and Communication "Radio and Sport: Developing Societies of Knowledge " dedicated to World Radio Day.

7th International Workshop on 'Internet Security: Enhancing Information Exchange Safeguards' is to be held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on December 19 to 23. The seminar is organized in the framework of a two-year (2016-2017) ISESCO-COMSATS Cooperation Program in cooperation with Al-Farabi KazNU, the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), the Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS) and the Inter-Islamic Network on Information Technology (INIT).

The British Council in cooperation with JSC «Science Foundation», with the support of Chevron, is holding a national contest of young scientists aged 21-40 years in the format of the international competition FameLab. 

On November 29^th, 2017 the OSCE Center for German Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions will hold meeting with OSCE Ambassador György Szabó. The Ambassador of the OSCE to the Republic of Kazakhstan – György Szabó will present an open lecture on the topic «OSCE in the regional processes and the modern world» at the meeting with students and teachers.
