1. conduct research based on the study of the process of education and training of students with special educational needs using psychological and pedagogical diagnostic techniques, apply the methods of scientific and pedagogical research in the organization and conduct of empirical and experimental studies and make recommendations on the implementation of the obtained evidence-based results;
2. own critical thinking, basic methods and methodological tools of research, carry out interdisciplinary communication of inclusive education with other sciences, process, analyze, synthesize, interpret scientific, pedagogical and medical-psychological information;
3. implement the pedagogical process based on knowledge of didactics and the theory of education, search for new approaches and methods for the effective solution of professional tasks in the field of training and education in inclusive practice;
4. organize the pedagogical process in the traditional and remote form for people with diseases of the nervous system, with visual, auditory, intellectual, motor impairments in the context of inclusion based on the recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission using modern educational and training technologies;
5. manage the medical and pedagogical support of inclusive education on the basis of legislative and legal norms, international experience, understanding the psychological aspects of management, and also interact with international organizations to develop inclusive education in the Republic of Kazakhstan using a foreign language as a means of communication in intercultural, professional and scientific activity;
6. provide medical and pedagogical support on the basis of compliance with humanism, moral culture and ethical standards, using social adaptation technologies and interpersonal communication skills, in accordance with the requirements of professional ethics;
7. Develop diagnostic, rehabilitation and correctional programs taking into account the sensory, motor, cognitive and psycho-emotional state of persons with special educational needs based on the recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission as part of the educational process;
8. Develop a program of psychological and pedagogical rehabilitation for parents of students with special educational needs, taking into account psycho-emotional health;
9. organize educational work on the formation of a communicative culture and successful socialization of students with special educational needs in society using innovative technologies and make psychological and pedagogical recommendations;
10. to carry out consultative and therapeutic work on the correction of health disorders, based on the methods of psychodiagnostics in the study of developmental disorders of mental activity in people with special educational needs;
11. use modern methods of clinical research, medical, psychological, pedagogical and speech therapy rehabilitation and therapy when working with people with diseases of the nervous system;
12. make recommendations on the implementation of inclusive practice, develop tests to identify the psychological state of students with special educational needs and assess their further development, taking into account international experience in implementing inclusive education.
