ON1 To understand the integrative processes in the system of scientific knowledge, forming the different directions of modern literary and folklore studies, especially the impact of globalization and modernization of consciousness on the development of the social-humanitarian sciences.
To describe the modern scientific knowledge in the field of literary and folklore studies in the context of the historical-cultural process the end of XX – the beginning of XXI centuries.
To synthesize of scientific knowledge for deciding the problems in new and unfamiliar contexts, including within the framework of the interdisciplinary scientific convergetions.
ON2 To understand the peculiarities of an interdisciplinary approach to the study of artistic work.
To own the methods and techniques of conducting independent research and interpretation of the results in the field of history, theory and management of literature.

To carry out a set of theoretical and textual procedures of data’s collection, analysis, process of study and interpretation of the results of the study of artistic, scientific, publicist, translation, critical, folklore texts.
ON5 To present innovative teaching methods of literary disciplines in higher schools, use of digital and computer technologies in the process of expertise of artistic works.
ON6 To demonstrate a high degree of theoretical and practical training, originality and creative approach in the implementation of the professional activities in the field of literary and folklore studies, management of literature.
