Upon completion of this program, it is expected that undergraduates will be able to:
1. To apply the skills of the methodology of scientific knowledge and knowledge of advanced epidemiological and statistical concepts in a specific environment to identify risks to public health;
2. To analyze the latest theoretical and practical developments, scientific concepts and achievements of world and Kazakhstani science in the field of nursing for their successful implementation in practical health care;
3. Critically evaluate and systematize information from various sources, including a systematic review and meta-analysis for writing literature search results in the form of a scientific report.
4. Conduct scientific research on the basis of the hypothesis about the relationship between the risks of the environment and health in order to predict and reduce their negative impact on public health and synthesize new knowledge.
5. Plan projects for the scientific study of nursing problems and use modern research methods, including to implement the concept of precision medicine in nursing ;.
6. To conduct an examination of scientific research and projects in nursing, to reasonably represent and defend their own scientific opinion in scientific discussions
7. Plan your own professional development, taking into account current trends and needs of nursing and higher education;
8. Provide principles for the protection of authorship and intellectual property rights to scientific discoveries and developments;
9. Develop educational and methodological support for the educational process in nursing and introduce modern and innovative forms and methods of teaching and evaluating educational programs.
10. To develop programs for the development of nursing in the field of training and management of nursing, as well as to assess the risks and effectiveness of nursing interventions, and manage financial resources.

- Description: The goal is to build the ability in the field of quality research in nursing. In the course of studying the course, form the abilities of doctoral students: Conduct a systematic collection and analysis of more subjective, narrative data under conditions of minimal control by the researcher, understand the nature and significance of human experience, be able to formulate a research question, determine the selection of study participants, draw the right conclusions, be able to interpret data, evaluate the role of quality research in nursing in fact, critically evaluate, analyze, review and develop a set of knowledge in the science of nursing, use structured procedures and formal tools to collect information.

- Description: The main purpose of "PhD thesis writing and defence": of a doctoral dissertation is the formation of the doctoral students' ability to disclose the content of research work for the defense of the thesis. During the study of course, doctoral student's should be competent in: 1. to substantiate the content of new scientifically grounded theoretical and experimental results that allow to solve a theoretical or applied problem or are a major achievement in the development of specific scientific directions; 2. explain the assessment of the completeness of the solutions to the tasks assigned, according to the specifics of the professional sphere of activity; 3. they can analyze alternative solutions for solving research and practical problems and assess the prospects for implementing these options; 4. apply the skills of writing scientific texts and presenting them in the form of scientific publications and presentations. 5. to plan and structure the scientific search, clearly highlight the research problem, develop a plan / program and methods for its study, formalize, in accordance with the requirements of the State Educational Establishment, the scientific and qualification work in the form of a thesis for a scientific degree Doctor of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) on specialty «8D07502 – Standardization and certification (by industry)». Evidence-Based Nursing Practice

- Description: The purpose of the discipline: - To develop the skills of planning and implementing research on evidence-based nursing practice. In the course of studying the course, form the abilities of doctoral students: formulate a question regarding the organizational problem or the situation of the patient; conduct a systematic search for evidence, critically and objectively evaluate information on evidence-based nursing practice, plan and conduct research on evidence-based nursing practice; evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of nursing practice from the perspective of evidence-based medicine.

- Description: Цель дисциплины: сформировать способности в области экспертной оценки, применимой как в научных исследованиях, так и в практической деятельности. В ходе изучения курса сформировать у докторантов способности: применять в сестринском деле наиболее востребованные и популярные виды экспертной оценки, в т.ч. для проведения научной и клинической экспертизы, проводить статистический анализ данных, принципов их адекватного выбора и применения,интерпретировать результаты для принятия решений с применением компьютерных статистических программ, проводить экспертную оценку образовательных программ в сестринском деле, медико-социальных условий пребывания пациентов в медицинских организациях, деятельности медсестринского персонала на основе анализа нормативной документации, оформлять документацию по экспертизе, по аудиту качества медуслуг, разрабатывать анкеты, опросники, тесты для экспертной оценки.
