ON1) Will use the basic modern Oriental concepts to explain the phenomena and processes occurring in the countries of the East;
ON2) Will prepare analytical reviews of the relevant literature in the field of oriental studies, and information materials on the studied regions;
ON3) will identify the specifics and characteristics of the socio-economic, political, cultural development of the countries of the East;
ON4) Will effectively use the language skills and knowledge in communication, and apply the basic methods of translation;
ON5) Will systematize and compile standard diplomatic documents, draft agreements, contracts, programs of activities in foreign (eastern/ western) language;
ON6) Willcollect information from encyclopedic and specialized literature in foreign languages and interpret them;
ON7 Will organize and implement the preparation and implementation of social and cultural projects and programs implemented by government bodies, public organizations, commercial structures that implement relations with the Eastern countries.
ON8) Will compare and apply scientific approaches, concepts and methods developed in the framework of Oriental studies for professional activities;
ON9) will create scientific essays, abstracts, reviews, annotations based on the interpretation and categorization of facts and phenomena;
ON10) Will demonstrate proficiency in professional speech culture, vocabulary, readiness to participate in scientific discussions on professional topics;
ON11) Will demonstrate technical skills in the whole complex of interdisciplinary research in cultural, historical, literary and linguistic studies;
ON12) Will disseminate and popularize the basics of intercultural communication, basic concepts, peculiarities of the mentality and behavior of multilingual communicators in the process of oral and written communication, tolerantly perceiving social, ethnic, confessional and cultural differences.
