Office of the Registrar - the service, engaged registration of all history of educational achievements of trained. Office of Registrar is structural division of university in structure of Department on the academic affairs, is supervised by the pro-rector on study.

The basic functions of Office of Registrar:

  • the registration of students centralized on-line, maintenance of interdisciplinary electivity of disciplines, maintenance of freedom in choosing trained disciplines at the choice of, included in the working curriculum, providing their direct participation in formation of the individual curriculum;
  • maintenance of freedom in choosing trained the teacher;
  • involving in educational process advisors, assisting trained in a choice of an educational trajectory;
  • providing of access to attestative and examination sheets; delivery transcripts to trained;
  • consultation of trained and teachers concerning registration and a re-registration on disciplines;
  • integrity and a security of reports and prevention of not authorized intervention to certification.
