Since the beginning of the new year, annual festival of amateur performances among students of «Student spring festival-2016» got off to a good start, which is held under the aegis of Republic of Kazakhstan's 25-th anniversary celebration this year. For taking part in this competition more than 2000 students submitted an applications, slim majority of whom got into final. The festival was held according to following nominations: songs competition «Birge – kemel keleshekke!», dance competition (dance of peoples of friendship of RoK, modern dance, flash-mob for patriotic song), the competition of performers on musical instruments «Tauelsizdik – tugyrym!», competition of authorship works, which are devoted to 25-th anniversary of Independence of RoK (poems and songs), and also competition of video-clips on «The future is in our lap!» topic, last contest results will be evaluated by professional directors, TRK specialists of KazNU.

On March 14 on the scene of Students' Palace named after U.А. Dzholdasbekov final dancing competition festival of amateur performances among students of «Student spring festival-2016» was held in three nominations – «Dance of peoples of friendship of Kazakhstan», «Modern dance», «Flash-mob for patriotic song» among university faculties. In the team of judges there were famous cultural figures, they are: Kuanysheva Kuralay - honoured artist of RoK, "Gulder" gold ensemble; Bekzhanova Raushan - choreographer, ballet-master, production director, cultural worker of RoK; Tolegenov Kuanyshbek - laureate of international competitions Grand-prize (France, Poland, Belgium), 1-st place (Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic), director-choreographer, Аndres Model, Korean theater ballet dancer, scholar of Fund of First President of RoK; Kulbarakov Nurzhigit - artistic director of show-ballet "Nur", "Ainalaiyn" children's group, of "Asia dausy" international festival, "Slavyanski bazar", "Anshi balapan", stylist-designer.

On March 15 the final competitions of songs were held on «Birge – kemel keleshekke!» topic, also performers of musical instruments on «Tauelsizdik – tugyrym!» topic. In the team of judges there were also famous people of our creative audience, as honored worker of culture of RoK Meruyert Tusupbayeva, laureate of international competitions, teacher of National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy Serik Pazylov; laureate of international competitions and festivals, singer, solo artist of "Gaukhartas" bandAbdualiyeva Asem; singer, composer Bisenova Bota.

Results of competitions will be known at gala-concert and award ceremony on March 31 of current year at 17.00 o'clock in the Students' Palace named after U.А. Dzholdasbekov.
