The competition was attended by students:
1. Department of Arabic and Iranian Studies - Akizhanov Ermek and Rakhimzhanova Kuralay
2. Department of Chinese Studies - Kazbekov Islambek and Bekenova Asem
3. Department of Korean and Japanese Studies - Ermahanov Shyngys and Zhanabayeva Nargis
4. Department of Turkic and Indology - Erkinbek Nurbek and Nurkeeva Meruert.
The essence of the competition is that couples are competing in three competitions:
a) Introduction. In this round, couples have to present themselves in the best light for a short time.
b) Defile- tour reveals the design skills of contestants, featuring homemade costumes, inspired by the culture of our country, the East, as well as myths and fairy-tale motifs
c) The artistic heritage - the pair have to show all their hidden talents, trying to amaze the jury.

It was very hard to choose, but a couple of Ermahanova Shyngyza and Zhanabayeva Nargis was choosen as winners of competition.
Our faculty has always been famous for its talented students and outstanding personalities and today's event is only revealed the obvious.
