Professor Mussatayev familiarized students with the goals and objectives of the personality-centered approach, described the methods and approaches of personality-centered education and outlined the main principles of teaching. Also during his speech lecturer provided examples from his teaching practice, and gave guidelines to young teachers for training and education of students.

The young teachers asked questions and shared with their opinions during the seminar class. Other experienced professors also attended the training.
