WORKSHOP-TRAINING FROM INTEL will held at 09:00 on 8 September 2014 in the center KazNU-INTEL of High Performance Computing based on cooperation Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the company Intel, a cooperation agreement of them was signed by the rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, academics G.M. Mutanov and director of Business Development of Intel Corporation in Russia Mr. A.V.Avdeev on 26 May 2014.

Holding public lectures, seminars with the participation of experts of Intel - one of the competencies center KazNU-INTEL of High Performance Computing, which was opened in the framework of the above named contract by the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of the KazNU and the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of KazNU. The seminar is conducted by senior technical engineer Cyril Rogozhin. The leading researchers, teachers in the field of parallel computing from other universities, doctoral students and undergraduates are invited to seminar. The workshop will affect the interests of specialists topics as Product Overview Intel Parallel Studio; Parallel Library Intel: TBB, OpenMP, Cilk Plus; Vectorization, efficient use of SIMD instructions; Automatic search in parallel programs with Intel Inspector XE: memory leaks, race of mistakes, interlocking threads.; Programming for Intel® Xeon Phi. Joint activities of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Intel will play a huge role in raising the level of our university in the development and advancement of modern educational technology university in the field of high performance computing, will provide a great opportunity to improve the skills of young scientists and teachers in many areas of research, contributing to the initiation of technological entrepreneurship.
