Al-Farabi Kazakh National University celebrated the great Day of the Ulus in a new format.

The purpose of the festive program "New Kazakhstan: Values that Unite Society" is the implementation of the instruction of the Head of State Kassym–Jomart Tokayev to celebrate Nauryz and increase its significance. The President of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev in the article "Independence Above All" proposed the concept of celebrating Nauryz and enriched the content of the spring holiday. "The more values society unites, the stronger our unity," he stressed.

Within the framework of the new concept, an exhibition of famous Kazakhstani artists and craftsmen was organized at KazNU. In addition, various publishing houses presented new printed products and trends in the celebration of Nauryz in the countries of the world.

Among the specially invited guests there were representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries, representatives of the diplomatic corps and consuls, scientists, creative teams, artists and media representatives.
