Today, at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, within the framework of the decade "Independence is the most precious thing", a free discussion platform for students called "Elim Menin" was held.

On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, young people shared their views on the achievements and development of the country during this time.

The discussion platform discussed the topics "The Golden Core of the State - Independence", "Achievement of Independence", "The Social and Political Role of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan", "Kazakhstani Tenge - a Symbol of Independence", "Independence for Me".

Student Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies Nargiza Kuanyshbay, who took part in organizing the event, noted that the youth showed great interest in the discussion. “Students, along with the country's achievements, touched upon its topical problems. Analyzing the path of sovereignty, we deeply realized the value of this sacred concept. And they got the opportunity to openly express their understanding of Independence, ”she said, noting the importance of such patriotic events for young people.

At the end of the event, representatives of student youth, who took an active part in the discussion, were presented with special letters of thanks and presented with seven-volume collected works of Al-Farabi.
