AWARDED BEST ADVISERS AND STUDENT GROUPS

In KazNU named after Al-Farabi, the results of the contests "Best adviser" and "Best student group" of 2021, organized by the trade union of students and undergraduates "Sunkar", have been summed up. This year, the contests were dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Due to the epidemic situation in the country, the competition was held online and for the first time broadcast on social networks and on the Zoom platform.

The project was organized in order to educate the youth of personal qualities necessary for effective professional activity, active citizenship and patriotic consciousness.

The qualifying stage started on April 4. The organizing committee received 1352 applications from student groups and 858 from advisers. The event lasted more than a month, during which time the teachers and students of the university passed serious tests, competing with each other. At the first stage of the competition, each of the participants presented a presentation video, receiving responses and evidence of audience sympathy through the social network Instagram. During the second stage, 14 advisers and 20 student groups, recognized as the best among student groups, received a pass to the final. They tried their hand at the "Brain ring" game, consisting of four rounds, in accordance with the requirements of the competition, the purpose of which was to determine the sharpness of thought and language.

 

As a result, the teacher of the Faculty of Philology Aibek Maratovich Shegebaev was recognized as the winner of the competition and the owner of the title "Best Advisor-2021". II place was awarded to Gulmira Zhetkergenovna Utemisova (Faculty of Philology) and Berik Meiramovich Sagitzhanov (Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics). III place was taken by the adviser of the Faculty of Medicine Zhanserik Shykulovich.

The title "The best student group - 2021" was won by "Kazakh philology - 103", the second place was taken by the group "102" of the Faculty of Journalism and "101" - of Kazakh Philology. The third place went to 1st year students of the specialty "State and Local Administration" of the Faculty of Economics.

In the competition for knowledge, will, competence and perseverance, the winners were awarded diplomas and cash prizes.
