The speakers revealed in their speeches the ideas of Eurasianism, actors of the socio-economic modernization of the Central Asian region of the Russian Empire, a modern historiography of the role of Oirats in the system of international relations of Central Asia of the 18th century, the institution of amanatism in diplomatic relations of Central Asian states, the history of Kyrgyz tribes in the 19th century. , the policy of "double ignoring" in the imperial discourse of Russia regarding the nomadic population of Turkestan at the end of the XIX century.
Seminar was very fruitful. The reports aroused great interest among the seminar participants, lively discussion and analysis.
