December 26, 2017 in the Central Office of the NDP «Nur Otan» the ceremony of awarding winners and prize-winners of the Republican contest of youth innovative projects «Nurintech-2017» was held. Following the results of the competition, 4^th year students of the faculty of chemistry and chemical technology Ergeshev Akim and Beknazarov Kanat took the 1st place in the nomination «Technostart». They presented a project on the topic: «Obtaining polyester resins from secondary polymeric raw materials based on plastic bottles made of PET» and won a premium of KZT 1 million. Also, the teacher of the Department of Chemical Physics and Materials Science Smagulova Gaukhar took the 2nd place in the nomination «The Best Young Scientist».
