Graduates of the Faculty of Medicine of the Department of Politics and Health Organizations underwent a scientific internship in "Hospital Management" from March 23 to April 2, 2018 at the Gangam Severance Hospital of the Yonsei University Health System in South Korea. Above note, it was the first large delegation to the Jens University medical school. The aim of the training was to get acquainted with the latest methodological, technical and scientific achievements of Severance Hospital. Prior to the master's degree, they were tasked with acquainting themselves with the healthcare system in Korea, with the basic organizational and managerial health technologies in Korea, studying modern aspects of hospital management and the possibility of their implementation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the training the trainees studied and studied the work of the main departments of the clinic and centers, namely: Oncology Center, Pediatric Center, Clinical Laboratory, Diagnostic Center, Polyclinic Service, Dermatological Unit, Ophthalmology Center and ENT, Rehabilitation Center, Cardiovascular Center, Dental Center , Simulation Microbiology Laboratory, High Technology Training Center (Da Vinci, Lap-Sim, etc.), Auxiliary units (providing logistics for patient movement , engineering and technical support, infection control, parking, etc.).
