This conference was organized by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Public Foundation "Bilim Foundation", the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health and the Kazakh National University. al-Farabi (Department of Politics and Health Organization of the Medical Faculty - VShOZ) with the support of the government represented by the Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the RK Z. Baliyeva, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For the first time, well-known world-class psychiatrists, the president of the World Association of Psychiatrists, professor Abzal Javed Professor of the University of Molise Marco Sarkiapone (Italy), a professional with 20 years of experience in the field of suicidology.
