On the eve of the Nauryz holiday students of the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi visited cultural and historical places of the city of Samarkand and Tashkent of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We got acquainted with the monuments of Samarkand, such as the Registan square, the mausoleums of Amir Temir and Bibi Khanum, the Mirzo Ulugbek observatory, the Shakhin-Zinda and Khazret Khizr memorial complexes, and so on.
