Paris Diderot 7

A meeting with Antoine Case the Vice President for international Affairs of the University Paris Diderot 7 was held at al-Farabi Kazakh national University. Welcoming the guest the first Vice-rector of al-Farabi KazNU Mukhambetkali Burkitbayev noted that the cooperation of KazNU with French universities, in particular, with the University Paris Diderot 7 are developing very active, and in the last year hosted the visit of al-Farabi KazNU rector Galym Mutanov. During the visit was signed the agreement on strategic cooperation. The agreement provided for the development and implementation of joint educational programs with the assignment of dual degree, joint research activities, exchange of students and lecturers, mutual scientific training.

As it was noted, this agreement allows us to work together to solve many problems in the field of training in the interests of France and Kazakhstan. As it was noted by the first Vice-rector of KazNU M. Burkitbaev, between the two universities developing partnerships in mathematics and information technology, physics, chemistry, and biochemistry. Universities already have experience of cooperation in the implementation of the summer school in law. This year it is also planning participation in the summer school. According to the Vice-President for international Affairs of the University Paris Diderot 7 Antoine Case, cooperation with al-Farabi Kazakh national University mutually beneficial tandem, as KazNU is a prestigious University in Kazakhstan and 236 is the position in the world ranking QS. During the meeting, scientists exchanged views on training and retraining of specialists, exchange students, and explored further possibilities of cooperation in the natural science and socio-humanitarian disciplines.
