The third International Media Forum of the Assemblage of the People of Kazakhstan "Openness of Attitude" started in KazNU. On November 16, master classes of TV journalists "Khabar" were held. Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism of al-Farabi KazNU, now deputy director of the "Khabar" TV channel (i.e. employer) Yerlan Igisinov conducted a master class on "Secrets of the success of a modern journalist". Maître of domestic TV highly praised the quality of knowledge gained in alma mater:

"We received excellent knowledge at the Faculty of Journalism. At the first course, Professor Marat Karimayevich Barmankulov said: "If there is nothing in the brain - it will not help KazGU" - in the sense that people need to improve themselves. For me, for example, the knowledge gained in alma mater on the subject "The history of political parties and movements of the late 19th and 20th centuries" is useful so far! In fact, a journalist is so diverse and multidisciplinary profession that you need to work hard.
