At al-Farabi KazNU was held a teleconference with higher education institutions "Academic honesty in the context of modernization of public consciousness", organized by the Kazakh Agency for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption jointly with Nazarbayev University.

As the organizers noted, the event is aimed at forming anti-corruption culture and strengthening integrity in higher education. During the teleconference, the Deputy Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption Alik Shpekbayev, Provost Nazarbayev University Adesiada Ilesanmi, Deputy of the Majilis A. Bekturganov, and many others.

The participants of the teleconference noted that today in many universities are examples of successful eradication of corruption through the implementation of the principles of academic honesty, and in this regard should continue to implement anti-corruption methods and educate among the youth the honesty and competitiveness. Encouraging the participants of the teleconference, the speakers emphasized the role of each in overcoming corruption in the academic environment.

On behalf of the al-Farabi KazNU students Olympic champion, three-time Asian games champion Dmitry Balandin has addressed to student's youth. In the end, was the start of the relay "Abyroily ustaz".
