On February 18, 2012 the third lecture of the project «Open chair took place: generation of leaders». Lecture carried out Anar Umurzakova, the director of the consulting company "GO Project Management" on a subject: «Conflict management in project and organizational environment». Lecture was devoted to the nature of emergence of the conflicts, the factors, influencing the conflict and to models of a resolution of conflicts at level of the organizations and interpersonal communication in business. This subject isn't uzkoformatny and aimed for any certain audience, and has extensive character, and was interesting to all present. The first question which has been set by the lecturer of audience: «Somebody has experience of opposition in the conflict?» it was met nearly 100 % by a consent confirming an urgency of subject. The theory of the conflicts was widely adopted in university western education as directly or indirectly the conflicts mention all spheres of human life, beginning from the relations in a family and finishing the interpersonal relations in career aspect. This subject continues the line which has been set by Askar Sarsenbekov at lecture of last week, devoted to development of the youth organizations in Kazakhstan. Both lectures unite an orientation on youth, development of such qualities in young people as leadership, ability to work in team, aiming at result and so on. It is natural that in a format of 1,5 hours it is impossible to reflect all aspects of a subject, but the project «Open chair» continues the work and a meeting with new interesting lecturers, and also fruitful work with those who is already familiar, still ahead.
