Today, another unique meeting was held within the faculty, organized by the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics. Employers, i.e. Head of the Emergency Prevention Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amrin R. N., Director of the Institute of Seismology LLP Sarsenbayev D. A., as well as representatives of these organizations Nurkanov A. A., Danabayeva A. T., Isagalieva A. met with future young specialists.

Such meetings affect the quality of education, as well as the student's interest in the profession, acting as a direct employer when hiring students and graduates.
The cooperation of the faculty with employers contributes to the development of educational programs; the organization of industrial practice in partner institutions, the equipping of educational workplaces and the organization of students' training on modern equipment at enterprises.

 
During the meeting, it was noted that along with the issues of training competitive specialists with higher education, their further employment, improving the quality of education and developing the professional qualities of graduates, as well as further strengthening the partnership between the university and employers, this is a great opportunity for young people who want to do science. During the study, the issues of working with an additional schedule (taking into account remuneration) and obtaining the necessary information by undergraduates on the topics of their dissertations, as well as admission to doctoral studies with the accumulation of new data, depending on the direction of their movement, were considered.

 
In the analysis of these questions, many students showed activity, asked questions of interest to them and received appropriate specific answers. 
In the future, contacts were established with these institutions, the organization of scientific and practical conferences, seminars and round tables on personnel training was planned.
