We invited GeoMasterA LLP to the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics of KazNU and held a seminar “New technologies in geodesy”.

GeoMasterA LLP is a dynamically developing company in the field of supply of geodetic instruments. Since 2015, it has been the official distributor of SOUTH GOODGEING & MAPPING INTRUMENT products in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, which produces a wide range of geodetic instruments: GNSS receivers, general purpose stations, theodolites, levels, range finders, radio modems, etc. During the seminar introducing the GPS G7 device.

With the release of GPS G7, the developers focused on updating communication channels. The radio protocol and GSM modem were updated, and the system for receiving fixed decisions was improved. The receiver's standard 3W radio modem uses patented FarLink communications protocol technology. The technology allows operation in the “base+rover” mode only with internal radio communication at a distance of up to 15 km.
